POST & PACKAGING
We calculate delivery costs according to the size of your order. All orders are carefully wrapped and sent by
Special Next Day or Recorded Delivery. This includes insurance covering loss and damage and is provided by Royal Mail.
A signature is required upon receipt. If you are not available to sign for your delivery, Royal Mail will leave detailed collecting instructions from your nearest depot.
Orders outside the UK will be delivered within 2-3 working days.
AVAILABILITY AND DISPATCH
Most items are held in stock and will be dispatched to you within two-three working days of receiving your order
subject to availability.
SECURE PAYMENT ONLINE
When you place your order our secure server software encrypts all your personal information - including card number, name and address. This encryption process takes all the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code, which can then be safely transmitted over the internet.
At no time are your details held in clear text on any website, and no one sees your credit card number - not even us.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND RETURNS
We operate a seven-day no-quibble guarantee from the date of dispatch.
All goods must be returned in the pristine condition in which they were sent.
In the rare event that an item is faulty we will refund your money or replace. However, if we deem the items to be misused or damaged, refund or replacement will not be issued.
Please send items back via recorded delivery for your own proof of delivery, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit. This postage cost is not reimbursed.
Once we receive the goods, we will then refund your card or allow you to exchange the items for something else.
COMPLAINTS
We will acknowledge all complaints within five working days. We will advise you how long we anticipate it will take to resolve the matter. We will keep you informed at all times.
LOST, DAMAGED OR LATE PACKAGES
If your parcel is yet to arrive, contact us so that we can track it through the Royal Mail with whom responsibility lies for packages in transit
QUALITY
All items undergo a 100 per cent quality inspection. We make every effort to display and describe the items as accurately as possible.

GiftsActually is committed to protecting your privacy. To this end, we do not sell, loan, or rent any identifiable information regarding our customers to any third party. Our company policy is consistent with and abides by the UK Data Protection Acts 1984 and 1998. GiftsActually will not collect any personal information about individuals except when specifically and knowingly provided by such individuals. We use the following information essentially to tailor/personalise your shopping time by using your purchases/details to help us with product selection/plotting fashions.
We aim to achieve a timely and personal approach in any communications with you. We consistently monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to aid development and progression of the on-line shop.
We require contact details (phone/e-mail), so we can contact you if there are any problems with your order or to respond to any queries. We may share non-personal summary info regarding our customers/sales/traffic etc. with partners or other third parties, but we do not share any information at the individual customer level.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms above. Your statutory rights are not affected.
